These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services offered by 67 Web Design LLC (“67 Web Design,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Website Plans, SEO Plans, PPC Management, Hosting Plans, Site Transfers, Bundles, and Add-On Services.

Important: These Terms are general business terms and do not constitute legal advice. Please have a licensed attorney review them for your jurisdiction.

 

1. Subscription & Billing

 

Monthly Billing

• All monthly plans are billed in advance via automatic card payment.
• Some services include a one-time setup or migration fee.
• PPC ad spend is billed directly by the advertising platform and is not included in management fees.
• All prices are listed in USD.

Price Changes

• Pricing may change for new customers at any time.
• Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days’ notice before material pricing changes.

2. Minimum Terms & Cancellation

 

Minimum Term

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, Website, SEO, Hosting, PPC, and Bundle plans require a 12-month minimum term.

Cancellation

• Cancellation must be requested in writing at least 10 days before your next billing date.

• Services end at the close of the paid billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

3. Website Plans

 

Project Start Requirements

Build timelines begin only after:

• Full payment is received
• Website intake form is completed
• All required content is provided
• Necessary logins are delivered

Delays in content or approvals extend delivery timelines.

Revisions

• One reasonable round of revisions is included.
• Major redesigns, new features, or pages beyond plan limits are billed separately.

Free Monthly Updates

Included updates may include:

• Text edits on existing pages
• Image swaps
• Business detail updates

Updates are limited to approximately 30-60 minutes per month. Larger requests are quoted separately.

4. Site Transfer Plans

 

• One-time migration fees apply where stated.
• Page limits apply to core pages (blog posts may be excluded).
• Premium plugins/themes may require separate licensing if moved off our hosting.

5. SEO Plans

 

Scope of SEO

• Keyword optimization as defined in your selected plan
• Title & META description improvements
• On-page improvements
• Ranking reports where included
• Technical audits on qualifying plans

SEO Disclaimer

Search rankings, traffic, and revenue cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on competition, search engine algorithms, market conditions, and client cooperation.

6. PPC Management Plans

 

• Ad spend is billed separately by Google, Bing, or other platforms.
• Campaign performance depends on industry competition, budget, landing pages, and market demand.
• No guarantees are made regarding cost per lead, conversions, or revenue.
• Campaign setup begins after account access and required materials are received.

7. Hosting Plans

 

• Our host aims for 99.9% uptime, but does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service.
• We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party providers or platform-wide failures.
• Backups are provided as a courtesy but are not guaranteed against catastrophic loss.

8. Bundles

 

• Bundles combine services at discounted pricing.
• Removing a service will void bundled pricing.
• Minimum terms apply based on the longest-term service included.

9. Ownership & Licensing

 

You Own:

• Your business name and branding
• Content you provide
• Custom copy written specifically for your business (after payment)

67 Web Design Retains:

• Proprietary systems and frameworks
• Licensed themes and plugins
• Internal tools and processes

Purchasing Your Site Files

 

After completing the minimum term, you may request a site export for a fee equal to two (2) months of your current plan price. This includes a standard export package only and does not include installation on your new host. 

 

10. Acceptable Use

 

We may suspend services for illegal activity, hate speech, malicious use, spam, or any activity that risks our infrastructure or reputation.

11. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 67 Web Design is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Search ranking changes
• Ad platform suspensions

Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The version in effect at your most recent renewal will apply to your subscription term.
